Starting the weekend of
August 30 -31, we will have a new method Parish Announcements have two elements. The first is a two inch high, half page wide announcement that will appear on the “Coming Events” insert page in the weekly bulletin. As many as eight of these announcements can fit on one page. .If we have room on the page, we will rerun previous week announcements. The second will be a full page flyer that will be available for pick up after Mass on the table in the Narthex and on the parish website. The flyer will remain on the Parish Website until the date of your event unless you submit an updated flyer for the event. Announcements for events that occur annually (e.g., Parish Picnic, Fashion Show, Taste at Pawleys, Stewardship Fair, etc.) can begin three months before the event date and you can submit a total of four different announcements. Announcements for recurring events (Parish Breakfasts, Prime Timers BINGO, etc.) can begin one month before the event date and will be limited to the submission of two separate announcements.
