As Catholics, our spiritual lives have revolved around a parish church, from our baptism through the important milestones of our youth and adulthood. Now, by different paths, we have traveled from other areas of the country to Precious Blood of Christ Church, and it is here at our “parish by the sea” that many of us will complete not only our spiritual but also our physical journey on earth. To be able to remain close to our chosen parish church when we finish this journey, to know that our earthly remains will be in a place where family and friends can visit and pray is a comforting thought.
This is the Columbarium at Precious Blood of Christ Catholic Church.
With the completion of the Parish Life Center, our Columbarium was moved to its permanent location at the head of our beautiful lake. It is a serene site, landscaped with peace and tranquility in mind, where a statue of Jesus welcomes our beloved dead into His Heavenly Kingdom. A Stations of the Cross was recently added so family and friends can meditate.
We invite our parishioners to consider purchasing a Columbarium license which, at $3,000, includes a niche suitable for two urns, engraving on the niche cover and perpetual care. There are ample niches available in the Columbarium. These niches are available to registered parishioners, parishioners of other catholic Parishes in our Diocese and immediate family members.
