To become a registered parishioner of our parish, please print and fill out the New Parishioner Registration Form PDF and bring it to the Parish Office: open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, except on Thursday when the office closes at noon. Copies of the New Parishioner Registration Form are also available at the Parish Office.
